We have put this poster up in our reception area to aid keeping children and adults safe. The information contained on the poster everyone will be able to find in their child’s red medical book given to you by your midwife and carries all through childhood. There is a section in this which is ticked and signed for every time your child has a vaccine and these are given at specific ages. All vaccines are recommended but obviously not mandatory. However to ensure protection of all concerned with our buildings we ask that if by the age categories you have not have your child vaccinated please update this information at reception so we can update your medical information.
